Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ShepherdForms (the “Service”), operated by NHB Industrial Pte Ltd (UEN 202542682D) (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ShepherdForms lets organisers build registration forms, collect event sign-ups, manage submissions, and optionally collect payments. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may sign in with an email and password or with Google. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break any applicable law, or infringe the rights of others.
• Collect personal data without a lawful basis or the required consent.
• Upload malware, attempt to disrupt the Service, or gain unauthorised access.
• Send spam, run fraudulent events, or impersonate others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Organiser responsibilities and personal data

As an organiser, you decide what information your forms collect, and you are responsible for handling registrants’ personal data lawfully, including obtaining consent and complying with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We process registrant data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Payments

Where an event collects payment, transactions are processed through the organiser’s own Stripe account. Funds go directly to the organiser; ShepherdForms does not take any cut of third-party payments collected through organisers’ Stripe accounts. Fees for paid ShepherdForms plans (if any) are shown at the point of purchase and are billed through our payment provider. Plan fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to NHB Industrial Pte Ltd. The content you create and the data you collect remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you.

7. Availability and “as is”

We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every requirement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NHB Industrial Pte Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required for security or legal reasons. On termination, we may delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
