ShepherdForms was born out of a simple observation: every organisation running an event — a school camp, a church retreat, a charity fundraiser, an alumni dinner — ends up doing the same three things by hand. Build a registration form. Chase payment screenshots. Build a roomlist in Excel.
Coordinators — often volunteers or part-time staff with day jobs — spend a working week each year on this. Finance leads reconcile payments at midnight. Organisers copy-paste participant details across spreadsheets. And the data lives in Google Drive, exposed to whoever has the link.
ShepherdForms replaces all of this with one tool: drag-and-drop form builder, group-aware pricing, PayNow QR with reconciliation in a click, automatic data retention, audit logs. The whole stack, designed for how organisations actually run events.
What we believe
- Software for community organisations should respect both the work and the people doing it. The coordinator who's been handed "the form" should finish it in 30 minutes, not a weekend.
- PDPA isn't a feature, it's a foundation. Singapore's data protection law applies to every event regardless of size. We've built it into every step — consent, withdrawal, retention, audit log.
- Your data is yours. No third-party trackers. No selling lists. No marketing to your registrants. The CSV is exportable in one click and we delete it on your timeline.
- Money goes where it belongs. Registration payments via PayNow go directly to your organisation's bank account. ShepherdForms never sits between you and the money — we never hold a payment licence and don't need to.
