Business identification

Subscription fees for ShepherdForms are invoiced and collected by NHB Industrial Pte Ltd. Registration payments collected by customers from their registrants flow directly to the customer's own bank account through the customer's nominated payment method (PayNow QR or HitPay BYOA). We do not hold, route, or process registration payments.

For customer subscription invoices, payment is accepted via PayNow transfer to NHB Industrial Pte Ltd. Card payment may be available through onboarded payment processors in due course.

Customer and registrant data is hosted in Singapore (Render Singapore region for application and database; Cloudflare R2 Asia-Pacific for image storage). Backups and snapshots remain within Singapore. We do not process personal data outside Singapore beyond what our service providers' standard policies permit, in line with the PDPA Transfer Limitation obligation.

We comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Detailed practices are set out in our Privacy Policy. We are not currently registered as a payment intermediary or financial institution with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and our Service does not require such registration: registration payments flow directly from registrants to customers' own accounts.
