Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy covers fees paid by customers to NHB Industrial Pte Ltd for use of the ShepherdForms service. It does not cover registration payments collected by you from your registrants — those payments flow directly to your organisation through your nominated payment method (PayNow QR, HitPay, etc.) and are subject to your organisation's own refund policy.
2. ShepherdForms is a digital service, not a physical product
ShepherdForms is a software-as-a-service product. There is nothing to ship. Refund eligibility therefore depends on whether you have used the Service to publish a live event or process real registrations, not on any shipping window.
3. Free tier
The Free tier is provided at no cost. There are no fees to refund.
4. Per-event plans (S$99 per event)
Full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- You have not published the event for public registration; and
- You have not received any submissions through the event.
To request a refund, email us at hello@shepherdforms.com within 14 days of purchase with your order reference. We process eligible refunds within 7 business days via the original payment method.
No refund after event is published or has received submissions. Once you have published an event for public registration, or once any registrant has submitted through the form, the per-event fee is non-refundable. This reflects the resources consumed and the work the Service has performed for you.
5. Annual unlimited plans (S$799 per year)
Full refund within 14 days of initial purchase if you have not used the Service to publish any event in the subscription period.
Pro-rated refund within the first 30 days based on unused full months remaining, if:
- You request cancellation within 30 days of purchase; and
- You have published no more than three events during the period of use.
No refund after 30 days of an annual plan. You may cancel at any time to prevent auto-renewal at the end of the subscription period.
6. Refunds for service issues
If the Service experiences extended downtime or material defects that prevent you from running an event, contact us at hello@shepherdforms.com. We assess these situations case-by-case and may provide service credits, partial refunds, or full refunds depending on the impact.
7. How refunds are issued
Refunds are issued via the original payment method:
- PayNow transfer back to the account that paid;
- Bank transfer to a verified bank account in your name;
- Reversal on the card used for payment (when card payment is available).
Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account after we confirm eligibility.
8. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, please contact us first at hello@shepherdforms.com. We're a small Singapore team and we'd rather work it out directly. If we can't resolve a dispute, our Terms of Service set out the governing law and jurisdiction.
