What counts as an "active event"?
An event that is published and accepting registrations. Draft events don't count towards your limit.
Do you charge per registration or per ticket?
No. ShepherdForms charges a flat monthly or per-event fee — no per-ticket or per-registration fees. This makes us significantly cheaper than Eventbrite for high-volume events.
What payment methods can my registrants use?
PayNow QR (Singapore bank transfer) and card payments via Stripe. Both are available on all paid plans.
How does the Community App work?
After paying the setup fee, we build and deliver a branded app for your organisation. You manage everything from your ShepherdForms dashboard — post announcements, publish events, and update giving settings. Changes appear in the app instantly.
Is the app available on iPhone?
Yes — your app is published on both Google Play Store (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS). Everything is included in the S$249/month subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
